2. Axle, Brake & Chassis System
It adopts professional heavy-duty axle configuration: front axle load: 20,000 Kg; dual rear axles, single rear axle load: 90,000 Kg, providing super strong bearing capacity for 90-ton level transportation. Front axle and drive axles adopt drum brakes, featuring large braking force, stable braking performance, good heat dissipation and easy maintenance, which greatly improves driving safety under frequent braking and long downhill mining conditions.
The suspension system uses high-strength leaf springs: 12 pieces at the front, 15 pieces at the rear. Adopting thickened wear-resistant steel plate design: bottom 16 mm, side 12 mm, rear board 14 mm. Integral welding structure is anti-impact, anti-extrusion and anti-deformation, effectively resisting abrasion during ore and earth loading and unloading, ensuring long-term durability and low maintenance cost.
