SINOTRUK Electric Tractor
This pure electric tractor is designed for heavy-duty short-distance shuttle operations in ports, steel plants, mining areas, logistics parks and other scenarios. Equipped with a mature three-electric system and robust chassis configuration, it balances heavy load capacity, driving range and riding comfort, serving as an ideal option for green low-carbon heavy transport.
Cabin
Fitted with V76X cabin, featuring spacious interior and wide field of vision. Main seat: mechanical seat; Co-pilot seat: lightweight seat. Stable structure meets the requirement for two-person operation. The lightweight co-pilot seat helps reduce curb weight. Optimized ergonomic layout, neatly arranged dashboard, standard electric rear-view mirrors and heating & cooling air conditioner to satisfy all-weather operation demands.
Powertrain
Traction Motor: TZ388XSCDW18 permanent magnet synchronous motor, delivers strong power and high starting torque, rapid response for heavy load climbing. Regenerative braking effectively cuts energy consumption.
Transmission: TS-0425C Tebjia AMT transmission, 4-speed automatic manual transmission with lightweight aluminum alloy housing. Smooth and stable gear shifting, well matched with motor characteristics to improve transmission efficiency, suitable for working conditions with frequent start-stop under heavy load.
Chassis System
Front axle: VGD95 front axle, high load capacity, stable steering, strong impact resistance and high reliability under heavy-duty working conditions.
Drive axle: MCP 16ZG drive axle, reinforced heavy-duty two-stage reduction drive axle, equipped with inter-axle and inter-wheel differential locks. High load capacity, adaptable to heavy load and unpaved road transport, durable and easy to maintain.
Steering system: 8118 steering gear, light and precise steering feel with sensitive response, less fatigue during frequent steering operation in yard for long hours.
Towing device: 90# heavy-duty fifth wheel, compatible with semi-trailers with 90mm kingpin. Reliable locking mechanism, high load capacity and good impact resistance. Stable connection under heavy load, ideal for heavy-duty traction in ports, steel plants and other sites.
Battery & Charging Solution
Equipped with CATL 601kWh power battery. The battery system has high protection grade and complete thermal management system, safe and reliable, meeting the demand of long-range heavy-duty operation in yards and short trunk transportation. Supports dual-gun manual charging. Simultaneous fast charging by dual guns greatly shortens charging time, improves vehicle attendance and brings flexible fleet scheduling.
